Child Safety (CSAE)

Mad2Moi (« Mad2Moi by Madintouch ») is strictly reserved for adults (18 years and older). This page describes our commitment and the measures we take to protect minors, in accordance with the Apple App Store Review Guidelines and the Google Play Developer Program Policies, and with our obligations regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

No minor accounts — strict 18+ access

• Age verification at sign-up: date of birth and an explicit confirmation of legal adulthood.
• Strict enforcement at the database level: any account whose declared date of birth is under 18 is blocked — it cannot be created or activated.
• Automated AI analysis of profile photos to detect possible indicators of minority, with human review of every flagged case before any decision is taken.
• Any account suspected of belonging to a minor is immediately removed from public surfaces (content hidden) and investigated.

CSAE — Zero tolerance

In accordance with French, European and international law, Mad2Moi enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any content, behaviour or attempt related to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Our measures:

• Any suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or grooming behaviour is removed, and the account is permanently banned.
• Confirmed CSAE / CSAM is reported to the competent authorities — NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, USA) and PHAROS (France).
• Evidence is preserved and made available to law enforcement.
• Immediate cooperation with judicial investigations.

Report a minor or CSAE content

If you suspect that a minor is present on the platform, or if you witness any child sexual abuse or exploitation content:

• In the app: Report → « Suspected minor / Child exploitation ». These reports are handled at critical priority and reviewed within 24 hours.

CSAE reports are treated as a priority (24-hour response), with immediate cooperation with the authorities.
