2. Eligibility & Age Requirements
2.1 Age Restriction
Mad2Moi is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years or older. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly permit, collect information from, or direct content specifically toward anyone under 18 years of age.
2.2 Age Verification
Upon registration, Mad2Moi may request information or documentation to verify that you meet the minimum age requirement, including:
- Date of birth verification during registration
- Government-issued identification documents (ID card, passport, driver's license)
- Camera-based identity verification and liveness detection (see Section 3.2)
- Additional verification if flagged by our automated monitoring systems
2.3 Protection of Minors
If we discover that an individual under 18 has created an account, we will take immediate action:
- Immediate account termination without prior notice
- Permanent deletion of all associated personal data within 30 days
- Retention of email address and IP address to prevent future registration attempts by the same individual
- Cooperation with authorities if serious violations or endangerment are discovered

The Service is primarily intended for users in France and the European Union. We reserve the right to limit access to certain geographic regions based on:

- Technical limitations or regulatory restrictions
2.5 Legal Capacity
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law
- You are not prohibited from using the Service under any applicable laws
- If using the Service on behalf of an organization, you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms
- You have not been previously banned or suspended from Mad2Moi for violating these Terms
3. Account Registration & Identity Verification
3.1 Account Creation
To access Mad2Moi's features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including:
- Email address: Valid and accessible email for account verification and communication
- Date of birth: To verify you meet the 18+ age requirement
- Gender identity: For profile creation and matching preferences
- Profile name or username: Your chosen display name (subject to our Community Guidelines)
- Secure password: Meeting our minimum security requirements
- Location: For proximity-based matching features (optional but recommended)
You agree to:
- Provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself
- Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate
- Keep your login credentials (email and password) confidential and secure
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities conducted through your account
3.2 Identity Verification System
To combat fake profiles, catfishing, and ensure community safety, Mad2Moi employs a camera-based identity verification system:
What We Verify:
- Liveness detection: Confirming you are a real person, not a photo or video
- Face matching: Comparing your verification selfie with your profile photos
- Gender verification: Ensuring profile gender matches identity (voluntary self-declaration respected)
- Age estimation: Additional safeguard against underage users
Verification Process:
- You will be prompted to take a live selfie video or photo using your device's camera
- Our system performs automated analysis using facial recognition technology
- If verification is successful, you receive a "Verified" badge on your profile
- If verification fails, you may be asked to retry or provide additional documentation
Data Retention:
Verification media (photos/videos) are retained for security and fraud prevention purposes for the duration of your account plus one (1) year after account deletion, or as required by applicable law. You can request earlier deletion by contacting our Data Protection team at alicia@mad2moi.com, subject to legitimate security interests.

3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account:
- Use a strong, unique password (minimum 8 characters, including letters, numbers, and symbols)
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when available
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone
- Log out from shared or public devices
- Report suspicious activity immediately to alicia@mad2moi.com
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
3.4 Account Restrictions
You may only create and maintain ONE account. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
Exceptions to the one-account rule may be granted only with prior written approval from Mad2Moi in cases such as:
- Account recovery issues when the original account is permanently inaccessible
- Documented identity change (legal name change, gender transition, etc.)
4. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
4.1 Acceptable Use
As a member of the Mad2Moi community, you agree to use the Service in a respectful, legal, and responsible manner. You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
4.2 Prohibited Content
You agree NOT to post, upload, transmit, or share any content that:
- Is illegal or promotes illegal activities: Drug trafficking, human trafficking, violence, terrorism, etc.
- Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM): Any content sexualizing minors (see our Child Safety Policy)
- Is sexually explicit without consent: Unsolicited sexual images, videos, or messages ("dick pics," explicit solicitations)
- Promotes prostitution or commercial sex: Escort services, sugar daddy/baby arrangements, OnlyFans promotion
- Contains hate speech or discrimination: Racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise bigoted content
- Harasses, bullies, or threatens others: Including doxxing, stalking, blackmail, or intimidation
- Is fraudulent or deceptive: Scams, phishing, impersonation, fake profiles
- Violates intellectual property rights: Copyrighted material, trademarks, or proprietary information without permission
- Contains malware or viruses: Links or files designed to damage or compromise devices
4.3 Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Use false information or impersonate others: Fake names, stolen photos, celebrity impersonation
- Create fake or bot accounts: Automated accounts, scripts, or bots to interact with users
- Engage in commercial solicitation: Advertising businesses, MLM schemes, or promoting external services without authorization
- Request money or financial assistance: Asking users for money, gift cards, bank details, or cryptocurrency
- Harvest user data: Scraping profiles, collecting email addresses, or building databases of user information
- Reverse engineer or hack the platform: Attempting to access our source code, APIs, or backend systems
- Circumvent security measures: VPNs to evade bans, creating new accounts after suspension, or using device spoofing
- Spam or send mass messages: Copy-paste messages, automated messaging, or unsolicited bulk communications
- Manipulate or game the system: Fake likes, fake reports, or artificially boosting profile visibility
4.4 Consequences of Violations
Violations of these conduct rules may result in:
- Content Removal: Immediate deletion of violating content
- Warning: Written notice for first-time minor violations
- Temporary Suspension: Account access restricted for 7-30 days depending on severity
- Permanent Ban: Account permanently terminated with no option for appeal in serious cases (CSAM, violence, fraud)
- Device/IP Ban: Blocking device identifiers to prevent creating new accounts
- Legal Action: Reporting illegal activities to law enforcement, cooperation with investigations
Zero Tolerance: Mad2Moi has zero tolerance for child exploitation, sexual violence, human trafficking, and terrorism. Any such content will result in immediate permanent ban and mandatory reporting to authorities.
5. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property
5.1 Your Content
"Your Content" refers to any information, text, photos, videos, audio, location data, messages, or other materials you upload, post, or transmit on Mad2Moi.
You Retain Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to Your Content. Mad2Moi does not claim ownership of any content you post. However, by posting content on our platform, you grant us certain licenses as described below.
License to Mad2Moi
By posting Your Content, you grant Mad2Moi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to:
- Use: Display, reproduce, distribute, and modify Your Content to provide and improve our Service
- Store: Maintain copies of Your Content on our servers for backup and functionality
- Promote: Use Your Content in marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and public-facing platforms (with your profile blurred or anonymized when appropriate)
- Analyze: Process Your Content for safety, moderation, and analytics purposes
Duration: This license continues for a commercially reasonable time after you delete Your Content to allow for backups, caching, and legal retention requirements. Content in messages may be retained longer for moderation and dispute resolution.
Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for Your Content and represent that:
- You own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions
- Your Content does not violate any third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, etc.)
- Your Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws
- You have obtained consent from any identifiable individuals appearing in Your Content
5.2 Mad2Moi's Intellectual Property
All aspects of the Mad2Moi platform and Service are protected by intellectual property laws, including but not limited to:
- Trademarks: "Mad2Moi," logos, brand names, slogans, and service marks
- Copyrights: Website design, app interface, text content, graphics, images, videos, and software code
- Patents: Any patented technology or processes used in our matching system or platform
- Trade Secrets: Proprietary algorithms, business methods, and confidential information
You may NOT:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Mad2Moi's content or code
- Use Mad2Moi's name, logo, or trademarks without prior written permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software or applications
- Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
5.3 Copyright Infringement (DMCA)
Mad2Moi respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, please contact us with:
- Description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- URL or location of the infringing content on Mad2Moi
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
- Statement of good faith belief that use is unauthorized
- Statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act

5.4 Third-Party Content
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. Mad2Moi is not responsible for:

Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and policies.
6. Matching System & User Experience
6.1 Transparent Matching Criteria
Mad2Moi uses transparent, user-controlled matching criteria to help you discover compatible profiles. Unlike opaque "black-box" algorithms, our system is based on clear, understandable factors that YOU can control:
Primary Matching Factors:
- Geographic Proximity: Distance between users based on location (you can adjust your search radius)
- Age Range Preferences: Your specified age preferences for potential matches
- Gender Preferences: Your stated preferences for gender identity
- Interests & Hobbies: Overlap in selected interests, activities, and lifestyle choices
- Relationship Goals: Alignment of what you're seeking (friendship, dating, serious relationship)
- Activity Level: Recent logins and engagement with the platform
What We DON'T Do:
No Automated Decision-Making with Legal Effect: Mad2Moi does NOT use AI or algorithms to make decisions that significantly affect your legal rights or similarly impact you without human intervention. Our matching suggestions are just that — suggestions. YOU always have full control over:
- Which profiles you view and interact with
- Who you message or match with
- Your search filters and preferences
- Your visibility settings
6.2 Your Rights Regarding Matching
Under GDPR Article 22, you have the right to:
- Understand: How profile suggestions are generated (outlined above)
- Object: Opt out of certain matching criteria or request manual review
- Control: Adjust your search filters and preferences at any time
- Request Human Review: Contact us if you believe matching suggestions are unfair or discriminatory

6.3 No Guaranteed Results
Mad2Moi provides a platform for meeting people, but we cannot and do not guarantee:
- That you will find a romantic partner, friendship, or any specific relationship
- The behavior, intentions, or honesty of other users
- The accuracy of profile information provided by other users
- That matches will result in in-person meetings or relationships
Your Results Depend On: Profile quality, engagement, location, preferences, and interpersonal compatibility — factors outside Mad2Moi's control.
7. Subscription, Payment & Premium Services
7.1 Free vs. Premium Services
Mad2Moi offers both free and premium subscription tiers:
Free Account Features:
- Basic profile creation and customization
- Browsing profiles in your area
- Limited messaging capabilities
- Standard search filters
Premium Account Features (Subscription Required):
- Unlimited messaging with all users
- Advanced search filters (interests, lifestyle, etc.)
- See who liked or viewed your profile
- Priority profile visibility and boost features
- Ad-free experience
- Additional profile photos and videos
- Read receipts and typing indicators
Specific features and pricing are subject to change. Current subscription options and prices are displayed in the app and on our website.
7.2 Payment Processing
Premium subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through secure third-party payment providers, including:
- Stripe: Credit/debit card payments (PCI DSS compliant)
- Apple In-App Purchase: For iOS app subscriptions
- Google Play Billing: For Android app subscriptions
- PayPal: Alternative payment method (where available)
Mad2Moi does NOT store your full credit card details. Payment data is encrypted and handled by our payment processors in compliance with PCI DSS standards. For details on payment data handling, see our Privacy Policy.
7.3 Subscription Terms
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
- Billing Cycle: You will be charged at the start of each billing period (monthly, quarterly, or annually depending on your plan)
- Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions continue at the original price until renewal
- No Partial Refunds: Canceling mid-cycle stops future charges but does not refund the current period (see Section 8 for refund policy)
7.4 Taxes
Subscription prices may be subject to VAT or other applicable taxes depending on your location. Taxes will be clearly displayed at checkout before purchase.
7.5 Free Trial (If Applicable)
Promotional free trials may be offered at Mad2Moi's discretion. Trial terms:
- Available only to new users or as specified in promotional materials
- Automatically converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before trial ends
- Requires valid payment method on file
- One trial per user (attempts to abuse trials may result in account termination)
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
8.1 How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your premium subscription at any time using one of the following methods:
Web Cancellation:
- Log in to your account at www.mad2moi.com
- Navigate to Account Settings > Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts
iOS App Cancellation:
- Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad
- Tap your name > Subscriptions
- Select Mad2Moi and tap "Cancel Subscription"
Android App Cancellation:
- Open Google Play Store
- Tap Menu > Subscriptions
- Select Mad2Moi and tap "Cancel Subscription"
Email Cancellation:
If you're unable to cancel through the above methods, email us at alicia@mad2moi.com with the subject "Subscription Cancellation" including your account email and reason for cancellation.
8.2 Refund Policy
Mad2Moi offers a 72-hour money-back guarantee under the following conditions:
Eligible for Refund:
- Request submitted within 72 hours (3 days) of initial purchase
- First-time subscription only (not applicable to renewals)
- Minimal or no use of premium features (defined as fewer than 5 messages sent and no profile boosts activated)
NOT Eligible for Refund:
- Requests submitted after 72 hours from purchase date
- Subscription renewals (only the initial purchase qualifies)
- Accounts that actively used premium features (extensive messaging, boosts, advanced filters)
- Accounts terminated for violating these Terms
- Subscriptions purchased through third-party platforms (Apple, Google) — these are subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies
8.3 Refund Request Process

- Include:
- Your account email address
- Purchase date and transaction ID
- Reason for refund request
- Confirmation you meet eligibility criteria
- Our team will review within 5 business days
- If approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
8.4 EU Consumer Rights (Right of Withdrawal)
For users in the European Union, you have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive). However:
Important: By creating an account and using premium features, you expressly request that the service begins immediately and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once premium features are activated. This is in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal before activating premium features, contact us at alicia@mad2moi.com within 14 days of purchase.
8.5 Post-Cancellation Access
- After canceling, you retain premium access until the end of your paid billing cycle
- Your account automatically reverts to the free tier after expiration
- You can reactivate your subscription at any time
- Account data and profile remain intact unless you separately request account deletion
9. Account Suspension & Termination
9.1 Termination by User
You may terminate your account at any time by:
- Logging in to your account
- Navigating to Account Settings > Delete Account
- Following the account deletion process
Alternatively, email alicia@mad2moi.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" including your registered email address.
What Happens After Account Deletion:
- Your profile becomes immediately invisible to other users
- Personal data is deleted within 30 days in accordance with GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure)
- Some data may be retained for legal compliance (fraud prevention, financial records) — see our Privacy Policy
- Messages sent to other users may remain visible to recipients (you cannot delete messages from others' inboxes)
- Account deletion is permanent and irreversible — you cannot reactivate a deleted account
9.2 Termination by Mad2Moi
Mad2Moi reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice or refund if you:
- Violate any provision of these Terms or our Community Guidelines
- Engage in illegal activities or fraudulent behavior
- Pose a risk to the safety or security of other users
- Abuse the platform through spamming, scamming, or harassment
- Create multiple accounts or attempt to evade bans
- Provide false information during registration or verification
- Fail to pay subscription fees or engage in payment fraud
9.3 Consequences of Termination
Upon termination (whether by you or Mad2Moi):
- Your access to the Service immediately ceases
- All licenses granted to you under these Terms immediately terminate
- No refund is provided for unused subscription time (except as specified in Section 8)
- You remain liable for any obligations incurred prior to termination
- Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will continue to apply
9.4 Appeals Process
If your account was suspended or terminated and you believe it was done in error, you may submit an appeal:
- Email alicia@mad2moi.com with subject "Account Termination Appeal"
- Include:
- Your account email address
- Explanation of why you believe the termination was incorrect
- Any supporting evidence or documentation
- Our team will review within 10 business days
- Decision on appeal is final and at Mad2Moi's sole discretion
No Appeals for CSAM or Serious Violations: Accounts terminated for child exploitation, sexual violence, terrorism, or human trafficking are permanently banned with no possibility of appeal.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
10.1 Service "As Is"
Mad2Moi provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability: The Service is fit for a particular purpose
- Accuracy: Profile information or content is accurate, complete, or up-to-date
- Availability: The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Results: You will achieve any specific results (matches, relationships, etc.)
- Security: The Service is completely secure or free from viruses or malware
10.2 No Liability for User Conduct
Mad2Moi is NOT responsible for:
- The conduct, behavior, or actions of any users, online or offline
- Interactions, disputes, or relationships between users
- False, misleading, or fraudulent information provided by users
- Harm, injury, or damages resulting from in-person meetings arranged through the platform
- Scams, catfishing, or deception by other users
- Third-party content, websites, or services linked from our platform
Safety Reminder: Exercise caution when meeting anyone from an online dating platform. Always meet in public places, inform friends/family of your plans, and trust your instincts. See our blog for comprehensive safety tips.
10.3 Background Checks
Mad2Moi does NOT conduct criminal background checks or verify the criminal history of users. Our identity verification system only confirms liveness and basic profile authenticity—it does not screen for criminal records, marital status, financial history, or other personal background information.
You are responsible for:
- Conducting your own due diligence before meeting or trusting other users
- Verifying any information provided by other users independently
- Taking appropriate precautions for your personal safety
10.4 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Mad2Moi, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Loss of data or information
- Emotional distress or psychological harm
- Physical injury or property damage resulting from use of the Service
- Costs of obtaining substitute services
Whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if Mad2Moi has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Maximum Liability Cap:
In no event shall Mad2Moi's total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to Mad2Moi in subscription fees during the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100 (one hundred euros), whichever is greater.
10.5 Exceptions
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by Mad2Moi's negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by Mad2Moi
- Any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law
10.6 Force Majeure
Mad2Moi is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of God (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)
- War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government actions
- Internet outages, telecommunications failures, or power failures
- Cyberattacks, hacking, or unauthorized access by third parties
- Strikes, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions
10.7 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mad2Moi, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
- Your Content or any infringement of third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.)
- Your interactions with other users, online or offline
- Your breach of any representation or warranty in these Terms
11. Dispute Resolution & Mediation

11.2 Mediation (French Law Requirement)
In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, Mad2Moi offers access to a consumer mediation service for disputes that cannot be resolved directly.

How to Submit a Mediation Request:
- First, attempt to resolve the dispute directly with Mad2Moi (see Section 11.1)
- If unresolved after 30 days, submit a complaint to CNPM via their website or by mail
- Provide:
- Your contact information
- Description of the dispute
- Copies of relevant correspondence with Mad2Moi
- Desired resolution
- CNPM will review and facilitate mediation between you and Mad2Moi
Mediation is free, voluntary, and confidential. Neither party is obligated to accept the mediator's recommendations, but participation demonstrates good faith.
11.3 European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform
For EU consumers, the European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for resolving disputes related to online purchases:

- The platform facilitates communication between consumers and businesses to reach amicable solutions
- You can file a complaint through the ODR platform, which will direct you to an appropriate dispute resolution body
11.4 Legal Proceedings
If mediation fails to resolve the dispute, either party may pursue legal remedies as outlined in Section 12 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction).
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
12.1 Applicable Law
These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Specific French laws that apply include, but are not limited to:
- GDPR (Regulation EU 2016/679): General Data Protection Regulation
- Loi Informatique et Libertés: French Data Protection Act
- LCEN (Loi n°2004-575): Law on Confidence in the Digital Economy
- Code de la consommation: French Consumer Code (for consumer protections, mediation, refund rights)
- Code civil français: French Civil Code (for contractual obligations)
12.2 Jurisdiction & Venue
Exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be the competent courts of Besançon, France, where Mad2Moi's registered office is located.
Exceptions:
- Consumer Disputes: If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of your country of residence in accordance with EU Regulation 1215/2012 (Brussels I Recast)
- Small Claims: Either party may pursue claims in small claims court if the claim qualifies
- Injunctive Relief: Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property rights
12.3 Language
These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail to the extent permitted by law.
12.4 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
12.5 Waiver
No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Mad2Moi's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
12.6 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and any additional policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mad2Moi regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, whether written or oral.
12.7 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without Mad2Moi's prior written consent. Mad2Moi may freely assign or transfer these Terms and all rights and obligations, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets.
13. Modifications to Terms
13.1 Right to Modify
Mad2Moi reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We may do so to:
- Reflect changes in applicable laws or regulations
- Introduce new features or services
- Improve clarity or address ambiguities
- Respond to user feedback or operational needs
13.2 Notice of Changes
Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to you via:

We will provide at least 30 days' notice before material changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately by law or to address urgent security concerns.

- Discriminatory statements about protected characteristics (race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity)
- Symbols, imagery, or slogans associated with hate groups or extremist ideologies
Sexual Exploitation & Abuse
- Soliciting or offering sexual services for money or compensation
- Sharing or requesting explicit content without consent
- Promoting escort services, prostitution, or adult entertainment businesses
- Non-consensual sharing of intimate images ("revenge porn")
Scams & Fraud
- Requesting money, gift cards, or financial assistance from other users
- Romance scams or catfishing with intent to deceive for financial gain
- Pyramid schemes, investment scams, or get-rich-quick schemes
- Phishing for personal, financial, or login information
Violence & Harmful Content
- Content depicting or glorifying violence, self-harm, or suicide
- Graphic or disturbing images (gore, mutilation, extreme violence)
- Promotion of dangerous activities, illegal substances, or self-destructive behaviors
Impersonation & Fake Accounts
- Pretending to be someone else (celebrity, public figure, or another user)
- Using photos that are not of yourself or are heavily edited to misrepresent your appearance
- Creating accounts for fictional, non-existent, or deceased persons
- Bot accounts or automated profiles
Spam & Commercial Activity
- Sending mass messages, copy-paste templates, or automated messages
- Promoting external websites, apps, social media accounts, or businesses without authorization
- Using Mad2Moi for commercial purposes (recruiting, advertising, MLM schemes)
- Soliciting users to move conversations off-platform for commercial gain
14.3 Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately using one of the following methods:
- In-App: Use the "Report" button on user profiles, messages, or photos

All reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24-48 hours. Your report is confidential, and the reported user will not be notified of who filed the report.
What to Include in Your Report:
- Username or profile link of the violating user
- Description of the violation (what happened, when, context)
- Screenshots or evidence (if applicable — do NOT include illegal imagery such as CSAM)
- Any additional information that may help our investigation
14.4 Consequences of Violations
Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, we may take the following enforcement actions:
- Warning: First-time minor violations may result in a written warning with guidance on acceptable behavior
- Content Removal: Inappropriate content (messages, photos, profile information) will be deleted
- Temporary Suspension: Account access restricted for a specified period (typically 7-30 days)
- Permanent Ban: Account permanently terminated with no option for reactivation for serious or repeated violations
- Device/IP Ban: Device identifiers or IP addresses blocked to prevent ban evasion
- Legal Action: Illegal activities (CSAM, trafficking, terrorism, fraud) reported to law enforcement with full cooperation in investigations
